Web Summit - one of the leading tech conferences in the world - took place in Lisbon in the beginning of November. This year's edition attracted almost 70 000 participants from 160 countries.

Poland was represented at Web Summit by a large group of entrepreneurs, including more than 40 exhibitors in startup areas.

This year, just as in 2017, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) organized a national stand in the framework of the Polish ICT Promotion Program. Over 50 companies and institutions from our country used it to promote their offer.

Additionally, Polish companies participated in many side events taking place during Web Summit, including a matchmaking organized by the Enterprise Europe Network. It is the world's largest network supporting SMEs in internationalization. If you want  to know more about network's free-of-charge services, visit https://een.ec.europa.eu/
